Magnificent Mediterranean Spotlight Peppers

Peppers
- 1 red Bell pepper*, cut in half and seeds removed
- 1/4 cube No-chicken bouillon
- 1 large clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cube Vegetable bouillon
- 1 Tbs. fresh Parsley, chopped
*If making multiple-times the recipe, use a variety of bell pepper colors!
Cheesy Sauce
- 1/4 cu. raw Cashews, soaked at least 4 hours or 20 minutes in boiling water
