American Samoa did not have a winning recipe in the collection but I thought I would include
you anyway because you are holding a caucus and I have a fun anecdote to share.
I was born in Hawaii and spent my first month or so there. Before heading back to New York
where I grew up, my family took me to Western Samoa and I lived there for about six months. It's
the only time in my life that I've been in the Southern Hemisphere. Apparently we changed planes
in American Samoa. Obviously I have no memory
of this, but I thought it was kind of neat.
